Sudarshana Chakra and the Weapons of Vishnu

    --- a  2 to 4 hour class ---
Sudarshana means ‘auspicious vision’.  The Sudarshana Chakra, the disc of Vishnu, is the power of the enlightened mind which defeats all ignorance, all evil.  Practices which develop the Sudarshana Chakra enable, and are built upon, progressive sattvic purification in all aspects of life.   According to the Lakshmi Tantra the Sudarshana Chakra can be fully developed using Sanskrit mantra with the assistance of divine grace and utilized to defeat all ignorance, all delusions, all karma.

As taught by Namadeva Acharya, developing  the potencies of the Sudarshana Chakra through Sanskrit mantra can be done using either simple or very long mantras or the option of vedic fire ceremonies (yajnas).  Sudarshana Chakra disciplines can be extremely purifying and accelerate one’s spiritual growth.
Join us to learn practical Sudarshana Chakra mantras for:
  • personal empowerment.
  • purification and protection
  • increased harmony & balance with universal order (forces of dharma)
  • basic and advanced Sudarshana mantra practices
  • progressive development of  practical  ‘weapons of Vishnu’ (states of consciousness) as portrayed in teachings on the Kaustubha Gem, the Conch Panchajanya, and Bala/Atibala (strength/superstrength) practices.
Includes a detailed handout and audio recording of all workshop mantras.
The Sudarshana Chakra: “ is the highest emblem of the raw power to protect and destroy, attributable to this great being (Vishnu) who manifests in every true teacher of spirituality… It is the quintessential kriya shakti (power of manifestation)”, per Namadeva Acharya,  The Ancient Power of Sanskrit Ceremony, Vol II, page 211.
