- - - -A four hour workshop - - - -
Making the Prana Conscious, also referred to as ‘Awakening the Prana’, is an inner journey of purification and attunement to subtle but extremely potent energy resources to empower all aspects of our physical, mental and spiritual lives. Sanskrit mantra provides a wealth of techniques to bring consciousness to the Prana which enlivens the prana’s innate divine intelligence to purify and strengthen the inner energy channels (nadis) and energy reservoirs (chakras). This mantra workshop uses instruction and group chanting to explore the role of mantra in making the prana conscious. An overview of pranayama (yogic breathing) is also provided.
