Meaning of Mantra Vijaya

Vijaya means victory.

Mantra Vijaya offers:

Mantras to bring victory to life’s spiritual and material needs

Additional meanings

Vijaya is another name for Arjuna
in the Mahabharata

Vijaya (along with Jaya) is one of the two gate keepers of  Vaikuntha, the abode of Vishnu, the highest loka.

Vijaya is also a name of goddess Shantadurga   - Shantadurga is the “Peacemaker” Durga

Vijaya also means “bow”,  as in the name of Shiva’s Bow,  later given to Parasurama then given to Karna.  Another epic story has the Vijaya bow owned by Indra.

Esoteric meanings: in the great epic battles the term “arrows” stood for mantras  so one symbolic interpretation of Mantra Vijaya could  be Arrows & Bows!

In Buddhism we have    Dharmavijaya    and Vijaya Dhamma (victory of Dhamma)  and with Dhamma meaning ‘nature as it is’ .  Dhamma  (Dharma in sanskrit) .  Vijaya dhamma is also associated with vipassana meditation.
